Questions hoteliers ask
Does it replace our booking system?
No. PavlaSuite doesn't replace your PMS or your room booking engine. Keep Opera, Mews, WebHotelier or whatever you use for rooms today. It takes bookings for your restaurant tables and sunbeds, and looks after everything else during the stay.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code or open your link, then enter their room number. Beach guests scan the code on their table or umbrella.
Our housekeepers don't read English well. Is that a problem?
No. The housekeeper's and the technician's phone screens speak Greek, Albanian, English, Bulgarian, Romanian, Georgian, Ukrainian, Tagalog, Nepali and Bengali. They switch with one tap, and the phone remembers it.
What does Pricing actually change?
Only the rate stored in PavlaSuite. It never edits your PMS or booking sites. Competitor prices come from the same public booking pages a guest would see.
